🌳 Free Outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong
As part of the summer season, I’m offering free outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong sessions — a gentle way to move, breathe, and enjoy nature. It’s open to everyone, whether you’re brand new or have been before. Come along and experience the calm of Tai Chi and Qigong in the open air.

- Qigong Class: £5

What to Bring:
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers.
- Bring a drink to stay hydrated.
- If you’re joining both classes, you are welcome to bring a snack for the break.
