☀️ Summer Tai Chi with Amanda

We’re gliding gently through summer! Classes are running as usual except for a couple of short breaks:

No classes on:

  • Monday 7th July – Sunday 20th July 2025 (Summer holiday)

  • Monday 25th August – Sunday 31st August 2025 (Bank Holiday break)

Classes continue right through the rest of the summer — join us any time.

🌿 New faces always welcome

If you have more space in your week over the summer — you’re very welcome to drop in and try a class. No need to wait for a new term.

👨‍👧‍👦 Accompanied children are very welcome too — preferably with a participating adult.

  • Qigong Class: £5

What to Bring:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers.
  • Bring a drink to stay hydrated.
  • If you’re joining both classes, you are welcome to bring a snack for the break.

🌳 Free Outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong

As part of the summer season, I’m offering free outdoor Tai Chi and Qigong sessions — a gentle way to move, breathe, and enjoy nature. It’s open to everyone, whether you’re brand new or have been before. Come along and experience the calm of Tai Chi and Qigong in the open air.

Come and join us in the fresh air on:

    • Saturday 26 July

    • Saturday 27 September

🕙 10:00–11:00am
📍 Platinum Jubilee Park, Formby

These sessions are open to everyone — no experience needed. Just turn up, breathe deeply, and enjoy some gentle movement in nature.
