tai Chi Qigong for Health Class
Join us for a relaxing and revitalizing class that focuses on gentle, mindful movements designed to stretch and release tension from your body. I will guide you through a flowing sequence that combines breath work with gentle stretching, helping to improve circulation, balance, and overall well-being. This class is perfect for anyone, regardless of fitness level or experience, and can be practiced either standing or seated in a chair. Whether you’re looking to ease stress or simply move more comfortably, this class offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
How much does it Cost?
After your free introductory class, if you would like to continue, the costs is £5 a session. I am happy to accept payment by cash, cheque, or bacs, and change is available.
Do I have to Attend Ever week?
We know life can get busy, so while regular attendance is great for building skills and consistency, our Thursday class is designed with flexibility in mind. You’re welcome to drop in whenever it suits you, with no commitment required. Simply pay as you go and enjoy the benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi at your own pace.
Location: Formby Library
You will find us in the ‘Community Meeting Room’, which is situated just ahead and to the left as you enter Formby library.
Free car parking available, and it’s just a short walk from Formby Station.
